i just spent 30 days selling christmas trees.
i set there in the rain and cold playing christmas music helping people buy their tree...blessing each and every person who did.... i looked up into the sky and wondered where i will be 10 years from now.

I'm not saying looking ahead is a good thing....I just find it funny and ironic thats all..
In fact it would scare the shit out of most of us to see into our futures. Our minds just couldn't handle it.
I found something that is going to happen to me in 2013....I'm not sure I'm ready for it.
my super power is that i can size people up rather quickly.
i also am the one even people i hardly know come to for advice because i can usually figure out exactly what to do in any difficult situation.. .
i like my super power.

I looked up into the sky and wondered where I will be 10 years from now. Then it hit me...what if 10 years ago I looked up into the sky and asked the same question....
Then I got the vision of me selling Christmas trees....Wow that would have been a mind blower...
So my friends, it goes to show you...It might just blow your mind to know where you will be 10 years from now....what your doing and who your doing it with!
The question is would you really want to know?

i grew up as a jehovah's witness.
my mother was uneducated and so we moved every 2-4 years as she tried to find stable enough work to support a child so ive attended many kingdom halls and have known many witnesses and many elders.
i've never gone back to the witness organization and never will.
James....let me share with you why some may feel a "little" differently then you....lets use a analogy O.K.?
Let us just say the Jehovah's Witnesses is a resturante O.K....you know, like the place they serve food, (they think it's spiritual)...but whatever...
You go there and eat but don't care much for the food ....so you decide not to eat there....anymore....and leave not coming back...Fine.
You now meet other people who ate at the same resturante........for years...these people have had a different experience....they get sick...the cook there kills there mother ....their daughter got molested in the bathroom....They leave the resturante....but the rest of their family stay in the place and get sicker....in fact the food makes them crazy....so crazy they actually forget their real family and friends and they start to shun them...They in fact lose their WHOLE family....to this poison they call food..
Now you come along with your tooth pick your month and tell them...."get over it and quit whinning"

every year john mitchell (the head economist for u.s.bank) gives a talk to us realtors, in portland or.
he talks first about the world economy, then the u.s.a. and ends up with oregon's economy ....he usually is right on.
he perdicted housing prices peeking the third quarter of "06" he this came to pass.

Another thing to keep in mind is....if you take the indebtness of the average person, and how much savings there is in this counrty....There is NO savings in this country...most people are about 5 pay checks away from real problems.
Plus John Mitchell said "never before in U.S history has so many people used the equity in their homes like an "ATM" machine....very dangerous...if home prices drop much more...

I have worked for many years on tree lots and NEVER have I seen a spider...not one, on Christmas trees in Oregon....maybe in Ohio the spiders live in the trees...?
Plus everyone knows that cats eating Christmas trees is GOOD for them...It kills their worms...and worms are way more gross (specially when you see them coming out of a cat's rear end) then spiders are any day..
Anyway Noni...have a wonderful Christmas...and don't step on any worms...LOL

There is nothing better then a "live" tree....the look...the wonderful smell...
Plus trees are renewable resourse....where as "Fake" trees are made out of petroleum....and we all know there is only so much of that stuff around....LOL

for most of us raised in the "truth" and i hate to use that term, we were brought up/and or taught to believe we were very important in this world.
the message being preached, god's chosen people, yadda yadda.. so as we leave this religion, the things we can point to as being news worthy, those breaking the law in the ranks, coverups etc....its really small potatoes in the world at large, although to this group it is huge.. i believe that part of the letting go of the witness mentality is recognizing that in the end its all just a small cult that captured your soul, or you were born in and had no choice.
it sucks bigtime, its larger than life for most of us, but in the bigger picture of life its a very small blip.. there is no question this religion has ruined/destroyed many lives, but to the world at large it isn't big enough to make a differnece to those not involved.. in reality, to use a horrible analolgy.....the jw's are just a pimple on the butt of the world.. .
